The “Alder” approach

How we work

 

Alder Advisors provides a two tiered program.  If desired, a retainer can be negotiated based upon the size of the portfolio, providing on demand real estate expertise in real time as needed.

 

The second tier is individual asset centered.  Every assignment is individually evaluated including a site visit to determine and recommend services pertinent to the property’s status.  The asset will be comprehensively reviewed including owner objectives and reporting desires, physical condition, management systems, financial performance, market placement, financing and any pending strategic issues.  A written report detailing these findings as well as strategic conclusions is prepared and submitted with a fee proposal for ongoing services based upon the menu attached.  Services may at any time be added or removed ala carte from the scope as property conditions change over time.  In addition all reporting and communication can be prepared under  the client’s name and graphical standard delivering an extra level of customer service and in house competency to the client.
